I collaborated with Tripadvisor to create a series of educational videos that brought the platform’s full range of features to life.

The challenge

Convince seasoned travelers that Tripadvisor is more than just a review platform.

Instead of listing product features, we wanted to show how Tripadvisor solved real travel planning problems. We focused on what actually makes trip planning feel overwhelming: juggling twenty open tabs, switching between sites to compare prices, and never being 100% certain that you’ve found the best option. From there, we built a fast, flexible story format that spoke directly to those pain points. Each feature was paired with a real-life scenario to make it immediately relatable. The result was content that felt grounded, helpful, and genuinely relevant. Plus, it stayed true to the original creative, which allowed us to deliver 20+ videos on a tight timeline.

We repositioned Tripadvisor as a full-service travel companion, weaving in how even their reviews are changing thanks to AI summaries made to simplify decision-making. The result was a sharper lower-funnel strategy that reached travelers as they were actively planning their trips, reinforcing the platform’s relevance in high-intent moments.
