Yep, that’s me: A tiny human, caught in the act. While I’ve (mostly) outgrown the nose-picking, that photo still pretty accurately captures my vibe. I'm a bit sassy, a tad offbeat, and unapologetically human.
And those aren’t just personality traits. They’re baked into how I think, design, and guide teams.
Advertising, at its core, is people talking to other people. People with messy lives, real feelings, and the occasional finger up their nose. It doesn’t need to be overcomplicated, but it does need to be anchored in empathy and brought to life with enough personality to keep things interesting. And that applies to more than the final product. It’s about how the work gets made too.
The process should feel as alive as the result. When the team feels it, the audience does too. What really cuts through isn’t polish or perfection, it’s the human stuff; a laugh, a truth, a small moment that makes someone feel seen.
